Located in a beautiful wooded setting in the heart of Oceana County, Stony Haven is a peaceful, family-friendly Christian campground. For over 50 years, families have returned to our campground time and again because of our well-kept grounds, friendly service, and unique amenities. Learn more about our facilities below.
Our Facilities
Campsites & Cabins
Stony Haven’s 8 wooded acres are located on the south side of Stony Lake, 4.75 miles west of the US-31 New Era exit (M-20) and 2 miles from Lake Michigan. Our 62 sites accommodate visitors with tents or RV’s, in families, groups or as individuals. Choose from partial, full hookup, and/or rustic sites.

Office
We ask campers and visitors to park by the boat stands near the entrance, come to the office and register upon entering the campground. Find firewood, propane cylinders, and rental equipment outside. Ice is available at nearby Stony Lake Market and Stony Lake Depot. We offer free fiber optic WiFi. Check the office for Lost and Found items. We are happy to answer any questions and offer suggestions to help you make the most of your vacation.

Camp Store
We stock convenience items, snacks, beverages, combustibles, toys, brochures and maps. A microwave oven is on hand for your use. Sign out rental equipment and complimentary yard games here. Hours: 9 AM to 9 PM.
Bathhouse
Expanded in 2001 to include private handicap accessible ¾ baths and showers. Fresh, colorful bathrooms greet your senses. New Navien condensing water heaters provide an on demand supply of hot water to meet your needs. Relax on the bench in front of the bathhouse and enjoy the gardens while you wait for your laundry to finish. It’s a great place to meet and chat with your fellow campers.
Pavilion
This versatile 24′ by 36′ open air structure hosts Sunday worship, reunion picnics, auctions, crafts and games. It is equipped with electricity, lights and 12 picnic tables. Folding tables, chairs and charcoal grill are available to borrow upon request. It has ample space to gather and play games on a rainy day.
Playground
Pirate ship, tire swing, vertical monkey bars, whirlygig, sandbox, baby swings, climbing tires, slide, tall swings, tetherball, volleyball, horseshoes, pendulum swing and shuffleboard.
Complimentary yard games include Kerplunk, Washer Toss, Corn Hole, Ladder Ball, Yardzee, Bocce Darts, and Trac-Ball. Sign these out, or borrow a variety of playground balls for your own games.
